Normally, the internship for software engineering internship took around 3 rounds here. The first round should be a telephone interview with HR, roughly 10 mins to get your basic info setup. Second round is still a phone interview but with Hiring manager and becomes more technical, it took around 30 minutes and prepared to do some easy coding on online coding platforms(roughly one question is enough for 30mins phone interview). Finally you will be invited onsite to a 4 rounds interview with 4 different people(directors of software engineering dept.) Half behavioral and half technical questions, and 2-3 puzzles.
