This was several rounds of interviews. It started with a screener. That person was exceptionally welcoming and pleasant. The next round was to present a small portion of a slide deck on any topic from their list. I chose productive struggle. The two women there were also very welcoming and asked great questions. After that, was an interview with the hiring manager. She was also very nice and friendly. Asked logistic questions and the typical How do you hande x when y happens.
