I had the single most unprofessional interview experience with this company. Avoid at all costs and save yourself the time. At times during the interview process, I was sent the wrong emails or scheduled for another interview without context about who I was interviewing with next, what their roles were, or what the topic of that next conversation might be. I was texted and called on my cellphone at 9 PM on a Wednesday to schedule an interview without any forewarning that someone would be reaching out. It was an incredibly frustrating experience. The company is young, and some disorganization is expected. But as the first experience with this company, their interview process was a mess. There was no organization, emails I had received that were meant for different candidates, and many many many unanswered emails on their end. After my last interview, over a week went by before I got an automated rejection note from their ATS. If a candidate has had multiple interviews with a company AND completed a coding challenge, a personalized email is a standard. If my experience is any indication, run for the hills.
