My first interview was with someone who was basically HR at the time. Overall, it was a pretty fun experience! The questions were pretty standard. Since I was applying for a full time position, I then had a second interview with the owner of the company. She was a little more aggressive in her tactic and made it known she felt unsure about hiring me but overall, it wasn't a bad experience. In the last couple years, the interview process has changed entirely. You now interview with the Store Manager for part time positions and with the Store Manager and District Manager for full time positions. The owner is no longer a part of the interview process and there is no longer an HR Coordinator.

Its a very easy interview (probably why they have such a high turnover rate) You go in and either meet with the owner or one of the managers. They ask you simple questions, nothing really about your background because experience is not required based on the people that work there.
