Group interview with 4 other people. Divided into two teams and had to select the most and least favourable options form a list to take with you if you were on a stranded island. Then one person from each team presented the case. This seemed a bit of fun, however still pointless. This was followed up by individual interviews approximately 20-30 mins where they talk about your cv the role etc. I was invited there and then two the next stage and to complete a 2 day trial. This I see as a great idea, however I didn't attend as the job didn't seem for me and I had better fitting options else where.
