Recruiting was outsourced to a third party company, to whom I made initial contact with after an application on LinkedIn. Interview process consisted of an initial screener with this recruiter, followed by an interview with an recruiter/HR Manager for Sandhills Global (parent company), and then a final in-person interview with one of the sales managers. The final interview with the sales manager was laidback overall, despite having to wear a suit. There were a few behavioral/personality assessments that I was asked to take that seemed very needless. Probably one of the silliest personality tests I've had to take. I will say that I did receive very conflicting compensation information from each member of the organization I spoke to.

It was extremely easy and I received an offer after my first in person interview. It was a quick process to get onboarded. A recruiter had originally reached out to me on LinkedIn.
