My interview for the summer intern position with RMB Capital Management was a very quick, very casual 30-minute chat with an employee there. I got a response after 3 days with an offer and never got asked any technical questions at all.

Straight forward, three interviewers with a simple screening call before. The seniority of the interviews increased with each around. Asked lots of behavioral questions and about things on resume. All people I interacted with were nice and respectful

I was reached out by the hiring manager for a phone interview. The phone interview served as a brief screening. I was invited for an on-site interview approximately a week after. I was interviewed by two separate groups lasting approximately an hour.
