Soon after I applied online. I received an email about setting up an interview with Curebase. They sent me a calendar which was helpful as it helped me choose with flexibility.
There were three interviews with different staff members. All three interviews had the same scheduling system as the first one where you choose your available dates and times. Each interview was about 30-60 minutes long (which I found very helpful as they gave me the time I needed to respond their questions and ask questions as well)

They asked why I would like to join the company as a clinical research coordinator.
They also asked about my previous experience in the medical field.
They asked how would I manage a conflicting situation.
They asked why I was leaving my current job position.
The interview process at Curebase was very well-organized and I had a great experience with them. My interview process took place with 3 different interviews, and a last meeting to welcome me to the team. Each of the interviews were great, the staff was very helpful and kind, I felt really great interviewing with them. I got to meet them, and I was able to ask them questions too.
The best interview process in my entire professional life.

Entrevista
I applied through linkedin. I had 4 different interviews one with a hiring recruiter who was extremely kind and helpful, one with the manager, one with the chief of staff and a 2 person panel interview with the manager and a lead coordinator which included some role playing situations. The process took 2 or 3 weeks since it was several interviews which they coordinate with your schedule and the interviewer’s.
