I had a phone interview in which I was very open and honest about my career and why I was looking. I felt it went well and that the recruiter was very optimistic and anxious to have me come in. She said she would email or call with interview times for the following week once she took a look at the calendar. Instead, I didn't hear back until the following Monday in which I received a generic email that said I was not being considered. It wasn't even directly from her. Very misleadindg and unprofessional.
