Got an email for a phone interview but the whole process was not really organized. The guy called almost two hours late and apologized but i was at work so i couldnt do the interview (probably should've). We rescheduled and had a 30 min phone interview and never heard back.
Basic questions about yourself. Straightforward and stressless. Had my cv checked and asked questions about it and also diversity and working in a team. Overall experience is really nice and calm
The company came through Campus and had an online assessment
Then shortlisted students based on that
Then 1 technical in person interview in our college and then same day they told the selected students
