The interview process involved interactions with seven different individuals across three rounds; engaging stakeholders across different departments, including HR Talent Team, Order Management, Sales Administration, Project Management, Business Management, and Finance Controller. Consequently, meeting the expectations of each became paramount. This type of interview, engaging cross-functional stakeholders, is a new experience for me as it goes beyond traditional reporting lines when the role isn't even regarded as cross-functional reporting role.
