I applied through university career service system, and talked to the people from cummins at the career fair. The first round interview was on campus. All behavioral questions. People are really friendly and they love to answer any questions about Cummins (since not a lot of people have heard of the company). The interview was very easy. Just make sure to be relaxed. They really care about diversity.
