submitted resume online, had two phone interviews, was brought on a few months later and onboarded then introduced to my manager. The interviews were very relaxed and comfortable, although I would have preferred to interview in person

Basic questions about yourself. Straightforward and stressless. Had my cv checked and asked questions about it and also diversity and working in a team. Overall experience is really nice and calm
The company came through Campus and had an online assessment
Then shortlisted students based on that
Then 1 technical in person interview in our college and then same day they told the selected students

Entrevista
The interview process was well-organized and professional. It began with a detailed introduction about the company, followed by a technical round to assess skills. The panel was friendly and asked relevant questions.
