The interview was initiated by a recruiter who set up three zoom calls with different team leaders. The interview ran a total of 2.5 hours with an hour writing assessment to follow. Everybody was very nice and it was much more casual than anticipated, which could also be due to the nature of having to be zoom calls at home due to COVID.
