I was interviewed by 2 managers and they were courteous and friendly the entire interview. Within a week after the interview, I received an email with my internship offer. It was a smooth process
I interviewed with an experienced director and the whole process went well. They tend to know if you truly understand their culture and whether you are a good fit to the organization.
