One of the worst group interview experiences ever! 1. For a company that prides themselves in helping companies improve culture/overall employee dynamics, the employer who spoke for majority of the session has got to be the most boring person I've ever encountered. Its very interesting how companies want you to articulate your excitement yet they have members who have have less personality that a bran flake. 2. There was suppose to be a group exercise but all we were told to do was to stand up, say our names, give a brief background, say why we'd be great in sales and who our dream dinner guest (leaving out an explanation) would be. If I'm leaving my house to attend an interview, at least make the effort of coming up with a more productive task! Absolute rubbish!!!
