Easy but lots of returns to be interviewed by yet another title. This is ridiculous. you go into huge conference room and wait for others to drift in. then, one person asks the questions, some others ask simple questions. they want nice people working for them and knowledgeable too.

Are you comfortable with creating dishes off the cuff? How comfortable are you with presenting your creations and then defending the ingredients or substituting ingredients per clients request.
