Entrevista
Contact trough a HR manager, then the future team leader / manager himself, after that the general manager and another team leader of the company. Then its back to the HR manager to send a proposal contract and everything related to that. Pretty much a standard recruitment process with a good pace ("hey, are you free tonight for a talk with our general manger?")
