Standard first interview with HR recruiter over the phone . I received email two days later asking to schedule the next interview which consisted of a video call with two Senior Managers. At the end of that interview I was told I would hear back within a week. The next morning I received email from HR recruiter asking if I can meet with the Senior Director the following day. The third interview consisted of just a couple more questions and allowed me to ask any questions that I had. The Director advised me I would hear back within a week. Two weeks later I received an email from HR recruiter advising me that they chose someone else that better aligns.
