The interview was conducted onsite. It started with just talking to their VP and slowly but surely more and more people started piling into the room until I was sitting in a completely filled small conference room with guys all around me some of which had taken the time to introduce themselves to me upon arrival and some who did not. They grilled me with questions for about an hour. I’m having difficulty remembering what they all were. I remember them being very relevant to the position. They all seem nice and knowledgeable. What grinds my gears is that they made it a point to say how much they wanted someone with initiative and then they never bothered getting a hold of me to tell me whether or not I got the job. If I took the time to put on a suit, drive and meet all of you, get grilled by a continuous onslaught of questions, the least you can do is say that I didn’t get the job. I even sent a follow up message to the VP and I still didn’t hear back.
