Extremely unprofessional experience. After passing initial rounds with HR and the Head of Engineering, I was assigned a high effort technical home task. I completed it the same day, then booked a slot with the CTO specifically to present and demo my work. The CTO canceled the meeting with zero explanation. Since then, HR has completely ghosted all follow up attempts. It is incredibly disrespectful to pressure a candidate for immediate output and then refuse to even show up for the review of that work. This company has no regard for developer time or professional courtesy. If they treat candidates like this, I can only imagine how they treat employees. Avoid !!
