A recruiter messaged me based on my Indeed profile, asking to schedule an appointment for an interview. Once I scheduled the interview in an open time slot the interviewer did not show up or contact me in anyway. When I tried to reschedule I was ghosted. This is an extremely rude and unprofessional recruiting strategy that is all too prevalent in the filmmaking industry right now.
