The interview process was relatively fast and initially well-structured. It started with a recruiter screening call, followed by an interview with the hiring manager focused on my background and experience. I was then invited to an onsite technical interview where I completed a Python exercise while sharing my screen. After that, I had a cultural fit conversation with a team member. Unfortunately, after completing all stages, I received no feedback and experienced complete ghosting despite multiple follow-up emails to everyone involved.
