It's easy when you know someone. The current employee also gets a referral bonus and an even bigger one in summer months. You just want to quit by winter because that is when it is the busiest and you will spend long hours in the office. If not a push from agents, you get a push for management. Just don't work there. Trust me on this one. The monthly bonuses aren't great and they do nothing for workplace bullying except to move the instigator to a different area. All in all, I would not recommend working for more than 6 months there.
