A straight forward interview process. Initially, I was asked around eight questions, followed by a task comprising of three parts; a draft social media post, staff intranet message, and task prioritisation activity. After the interview, the manager assured me they would be in touch by a set date. I hadn’t heard by that time and emailed for a clarity/feedback. They never had the curtesy to reply to my message. Extremely disappointing and disrespectful. Regardless whether an interviewee is successful or not, this should be expressed clearly.
