Applied online and was contacted 3 weeks later to set up a phone interview the following week. Phone screen was great - basic questions about where I saw the posting, my background, and what I was looking for in the future. A few days later, I was able to schedule my in-person interview for 2 weeks later. (I have now been interested in this job for 30 days) The interview was with four people - three in person, one via video conference. Interview was great - SAR questions, questions about my previous employer's values, and of course my background. Casual atmosphere and easy conversation. They discussed the values of Crown Castle and what the job would entail, and that I should expect a call either way after the interviews were completed the following week. Another 30 days go by.....It took 30 days to send me a rejection email. This was after I continued to see the job posted on all of the job boards..... If I wasn't the best candidate, no problem..... But 30 days and unanswered voicemails requesting a status update..... not cool. I left the interview thinking that things went really well and that they would be true to their word. If you want to be jerked around, this is the company for you. I'm glad that I was able to find another job - with a company that hired me immediately and was true to their word.
