First round interview was at my university’s campus with one behavioral and a short case. The final round was at Crowe’s office and consisted of two interviews that were more behavioral than case-based (was flown out for a day).

Entrevista
The process was very straightforward and professional. It consisted of a virtual meeting with a recruiter followed by an interview with a Manager/Partner. Both asked personality questions, and we talked about my resume.
It was 20 minute interview over zoom. Go over resume and they ask you questions about your projects. Questions were leadership and discipline based. They want people who are hard working and your first impression should reflect that.
