I applied online. After a month, where I was sure my application was passed over, one of their recruiters contacted me to chat on the phone. I did my phone screen with him and was pushed forward to a phone interview with their Director of Project Management out of Michigan. This second phone interview lasted 30+ minutes and the hiring manager told me she was finishing up phone interviews that week and would get back to me within a month. The recruiter I worked with contacted me immediately after the phone interview to ask me how it went and then I never heard from anyone ever again. I followed up with the recruiter on three separate occasions over the next month with no response. I have ZERO respect for companies who who treat job-seekers this way, ESPECIALLY when they've taken the time to interview. It's rude and unprofessional.
