Email correspondence to set up a Zoom call. Zoom call with Duncan(cofounder), then in person interview with Lawrence(cofounder). I was sent an email 2 hrs prior that they were tied up currently and would have to postpone only to redact this statement after I told them I was running a few min late. I was told to show up at an address that required a code to enter which they convieniently forgot to include in the invite. After Lawrence told me he wanted me onboard and I left the interview pleased. I was sent an email asking my salary requirements by Duncan and that an offer would be given shortly. Weeks went by with no contact. I reached out to see where we were in the process via email and silence. 1.5 weeks went by and Duncan whom I had a 30 minute Zoom call answered and had no clue who I was nor even remembered that Lawrence offered me the position. Told me to "email me again" and pretty much brushed me off. I have never been treated this way especially after being told that they want me on board/sending me an email saying that they will be sending an offer. I would stay away since its evident that hiring experienced salespeople doesnt seem like a priority.
