Initial tech interview sent and had to be completed within 1/2 weeks 2nd stage technical interview, then lastly an interview with the managers regarding some scenario based questions and a more informal chat about the role. Reassured from the get-go that correct results were not the only condition of an offer, all open answer questions to test thought process, knowledge and understanding which is a much more suitable interview style rather than some interrogation and keyword recital you can often get.

Mostly behavourial questions, but before the interview, u have to do an online test. You are given 2 hours I believe, or maybe it was an hour, I did it years ago.
