Panel interview style with CAM manager, MM sales manager and SMB manager. Direct CAM experience wasn’t required to apply for this job but all management expressed their concern with lack of CAM experience. I’m not sure why that is not a hard qualification on the application if it’s such a concern. I was told after the third interview that I should be hearing back from the recruiter within a week. It took over a week to get ahold of the recruiter and they were still “making decisions”. Over two weeks went by with nothing from the recruiting team despite my consistent follow ups via email and phone call. I ended up assuming that I didn’t get the job and interviewed elsewhere.
