I had a call with the head of the team and then was introduced to the new team lead. It was apparent this person had no management experience and was promoted because they were the number 1 rep. A sentiment I heard was an issue at the company from friends who work there. I continued through because I really liked the head of the department. I had an onsite then moved to the final presentation. The feedback was ir was a great presentation and I asked all the questions they expected me to. Lo and behold, 1 month later of dead silence I got a one line rejection email. Confusing considering they never gave any hesitations even though I asked if there was. I responded asking for feedback and got nothing in return. When there is no feedback, I can only assume it was the fact I was pregnant that made me not get the role.

The process was straight forward. I did feel I had to many Interviews. I spoke with over 7 people and they still did not offer me the position. I felt they asked for a little to much and it was difficult to grasp.
Had to do a 30 minute presentation, and I think they asked a little too much. I think they are a great company, but their hiring process is not the best in my opinion.

Multiple stage interview. Starts with recruiter, and then filters through a lower-tier manager. Eventually you end up with the direct report manager. The questions asked were all standard. Final interview is a sales presentation using a test scenario. You are given a packet of information, and a series of expectations, and you are tasked with making a pitch to your interviewers.
