They asked me a number of questions about the current work I was doing, but nothing tremendously challenging. I have a development background too, but they didn't quiz me on anything in that department...I guess they just kind of trusted that I had that technical expertise. The office seemed to have 15-20 people, entirely male (I'm not), so that was a little weird. I hope that's changed and they eventually hired at least one woman on staff. Most of the interview was having lunch down the street, so it seemed like more of a personality fit interview.

The recruiter was a pleasure to work with and very professional throughout the process. Unfortunately, my initial interview with the hiring manager did not meet the same standard. The interview was scheduled for 45 minutes but ended about 15 minutes early. The hiring manager did not turn on their camera while mine was on, appeared distracted, and was speaking to someone else in the background during the interview. Candidates are expected to be prepared and fully present, and that same expectation should apply to those conducting the interview. Overall, this did not reflect a professional interview experience.

Pretty standard pm interview w/ a mix of tech relevance questions: system design and mental model questions. I think having knowledge of the cybersecurity space helps, but was definitely not a requirement.
4 stages of interview for IT department, not too detailed but seemed the hiring manager was having a bad idea. doomed from the start. Wasnt very technical, a bit more personality probing but was unclear what the expectations was
