I only got to the initial screening round which went well. The explanation from the recruiter for the role didn't entirely match the posted job description. I wasn't selected to move forward because they needed someone with more experience but I was told they would keep my resume on file because they were impressed. However, I have reached out about another role and was completely ghosted.
