There are 2 separate interviews. During the first interview they would ask about your past work experience, strengths, weaknesses, etc and you’ll also be required to sort through a bin of clothes and answer questions. The second interview process is basically about your availability and more in depth questions.

The hiring manager was very nice, she asked questions about myself and why I wanted to work there. For the second interview there was a buy test, where you had to make yes or no piles and say why you put the clothing in those specific categories.
