Applied online. Interview Scheduled. The recruiter no-showed. I sent a few follow-up emails and a Message via LinkedIn to the talent person and still zero response. A no-show without any warning is particulary off-putting. But zero response and follow-up for an explanation and no chance of rescheduling is very inexecusable.
