Since we are freshers, the company did not conduct a technical round during the interview process. The selection was mainly based on our educational background, communication skills, and overall aptitude. They seemed to understand that as fresh graduates, we may not have hands-on experience yet, so the focus was more on our willingness to learn, adaptability, and basic understanding of clinical research concepts rather than in-depth technical knowledge.
