I applied on-line and received a phone call the next morning. They are very quick to get back to you. If you're applying from within the area, you'll probably be called for an interview the next day or two. Interview was quite easy. Why do you want to work here, what are your qualifications, what do you know about the company, etc. VERY EASY. You may or may not have a second or third interview. No big deal. same thing. Generally they want you to talk to the department head/chief of whichever branch you will be entering. Then you'll fill out supplemental information, and begin your psychological and IQ tests (all on the computer; with immediate results). Background is all public-disclosure checks and a call or two to whomever you have listed on your application. Once all of that clears you will be given your class and orientation dates. I believe having your D or G license or not, you will be required to attend the classes with S2 Institute. Once all of this is said and done, keeping in mind you need to shoot a 216/240 to qualify for CIS, you will be issued your gear and sent to the FTO site in Tampa. I can't stress this enough. ASK QUESTIONS! Because in three days, you will be ON YOUR OWN in the field.

Three people in the interview with you. Aak you questions. If you are picked to become a employee got have to take a test before staying and if you don't pass the test. I'm not sure if you can take it again or not

Entrevista
The interview process in extremely detailed, careful and specific. You will first apply and must meet general requirements to be contacted. Once contacted, a very awesome individual contacts you to share interest and invite you to start the application process at the office. You will then go into the headquarters and complete a more extensive application with preliminary testing. If those requirements are met you can move on to drug testing, IQ testing, personality profile, and then a psychological test. If all these requirements are met you will then need to possess a valid D and G license. If you do not you will be scheduled to take the courses and sponsored through the program. Once finished and passed you can begin field training. Once that is passed you will enter a probationary period in which you will be evaluated and tested. If you have good performance in a 90 day period and pass the proper testing you will be promoted in rank and further opportunities exist.
