Submit app online and everything is done by email. Need to have 3references fill out a form about you as a person. That part takes the longest time- the waiting for their response
No interview. Had you answer some questions on application form online (straightforward questions like why are you volunteering here etc.) They get you straight ahead. Then you do a 30 hour course and that’s it. You’re in.
The Interview Process is relatively easy and not stressful at all. Just fill out the application form and once you are accepted they will do a background check and training.
