I initially received an assignment requiring me to submit two SQL-based questions, which I successfully solved and emailed back. Subsequently, I had a phone interview where I answered all questions correctly. Following this, I was invited for an online video interview, during which I also answered every question accurately. Despite this, I did not receive any communication for two weeks. When I attempted to follow up with the HR department, my calls were declined. After sending multiple messages over the following days, I finally received a response informing me that I was not selected for the position.
