Got a call. I was asked to do a Take Home. Took some time and submitted it. Did not get any feedback what so ever and was told, oh we already hired someone. What a snobby company!

I completed a recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, and take-home. At the end of my call with the HM I was told I would complete the next step which is a take-home challenge. I was asked for my GitHub username and sent the challenge the next day. I worked on the challenge over the weekend and submitted it Monday. Tuesday I reached out to the recruiter and was immediately sent a rejection email, when I followed up asked for feedback I was ghosted. The HM recently shared that they are still hiring for the role in Slack group.

What is the most technically challenging project you have worked on?
Unresponsive Recruiting team. Did nothing for almost a week after i submitted my availability. I looked at reviews at other places and all of them said about the fake and superficial culture of this company which i have experienced too in the interview process
