During the first minutes of interview, I realized that there was a huge difference between what the company is looking for and what was advertised! They just need someone who is makes as many cold calls as possible every day while the ad described a prestigious role as BDR who contributes to "marketing channel testing and brainstorming, sales process improvements, data analysis, and product roadmap contributions". I felt frustrated and misled. Not very respectful to candidates' time and effort.
