Online application. One week to get a call back to set up phone interview. Phone interview with 2 people. Tons of situational questions asked. References called 3 days later. Then got a call for 2nd interview with 2 people. It was short as short of a meet face to face as most questions were already asked over the phone.

The interview process was straightforward and well-organized. It started with an initial phone screening with HR, where they asked about my background, experience, and interest in the role. After that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and a member of the operations team. They asked a mix of behavioral and situational questions, focusing on problem-solving, teamwork, and how I handle fast-paced environments. The interviewers were professional and gave a good overview of the day-to-day responsibilities. Overall, the process felt efficient and gave me a clear understanding of the role and expectations.

Two person panel. Asked questions that were easy but tough follow up questions. Very specific to your answers and reassuring you cover the basics. They said I wouldn’t know for a week. Called and offered two days later.
