Contacted by a recruiter that connected me to the different members of the team. First one was with the CFO, then I got moved to the final round of interviews which consisted of 3 developers, the CEO, and 2 PMs. It was a total of 4 hours long in which I wished they could have split it up in two days. This was during the Covid pandemic so it was all virtual
The interviews with the developers are to do some code analysis and predict the output of a code snippet plus a fairly easy leetcode typeish question
Interview with the CEO is mainly just behavioral and talking about past experiences
Interview with the PMs is also pretty behavioral and talking about past experiences.
Don't want to get into too much details but my impression of the company seems pretty arrogant in this current state of economy. Seems like they were asking for a lot given what they were offering in terms of compensation for a product that doesn't really seem that exciting in the first place. The CEO definitely has a vision but I will be surprised if he finds a developer that is inspired by his vision as much as he is.
