I interviewed for CreditSights in early 2020. They were looking for coverage of sovereign corporates (Pemex, Petrobras, etc). Two guys that would have been teammates talked to me. I was told someone that had the exact same background that they were looking for got the offer.

interview process was smooth with fairly simple questions a case study after which was quite interesting to do, issue with how long it took to get a reply back about the outcome.

Interviewed with most of the senior analysts for 20-30 minutes each. Good process, interesting conversations regarding credit analysis and personality. I thought the process was fair,a and good preparation is recommended
