Simply found a posting online, sent in a resume and cover letter. About a week or two later I received a phone call inquiring about an interview. A time was set up easily and the admin was very happy to help me with any questions. The interview was one-on-one and very relaxed style. Asked simple questions about working with the population that the center serves.
