I would like to edit my review, but I can't, so I will just add on here. I have never had a company act so interested, send me through 4 rounds of interviews, to the point where the last interview was entirely introducing me to the 30-plus member team, showing me the inner workings of group chats, emails, and what projects would be for an hour. Mind you, this was supposed to be a 30 min interview. I was not asked a single interview question, and the energy was as if I had already been given the role. All of this just to be ghosted. Not only is that just textbook unprofessional and a waste of time, but also just unkind. I am a human trying to grow and advance in life and in my career, and to go through a process like that, if I am totally honest, is just cruel. Expect to be totally ignored even when trying to follow up and prepare for the chance of being ghosted, even if you're feeling positive about the process.

The interview process has been ongoing since mid-March. I went through 4 rounds of interviews, which was as far as I could go. Interviews consitised of meetings with the leads of the team. Pretty basic interview questions and a lot of explaining what the job would be. I have been waiting to hear back for about 3 weeks now since my final interview and didn't recieve an estimate or timeline, so feeling a bit in the dark. There is also a lack in communication, but beyond that, everything was great, positive, and quick-paced from interview to interview.
