I applied online and had a skype interview. The interviewer would not allow me to see him which was extremely bizarre and creepy. I definitely think this should not be allowed as it made me very uncomfortable.

Quite long; at least 4 months from the initial application to the job offer. All interviews were casual and laidback. They're just trying to get a feel for you, and see if you have a genuine interest in staying at the company long-term.

As a former intern, it was one round. I had an in-person interview with the person who runs the mailroom. It lasted about 20 minutes and I was asked about 5 or 6 questions.
