I heard back from the hiring manager probably about a week after submitting my resume! Whole interview process was really simple and basic questions on customer service. Only issue I had with the interview process was that after the interview the lady said she would get back to me in a week and I actually never heard back even after sending 2 follow up emails. I understand not getting a job or they went with a better candidate, but clearly the store manager should not hold that position giving that she can’t even show any authority.

Entrevista
I arrived 10 mins early and they had me wait on one of their couches on the sales floor. The department lead met me where I was seated and we held the interview there. The first question she asked was for me to tell her about myself and then we continued with more questions. Most of the questions were about giving examples. It felt really natural and more so like a conversation. She seemed to like me and said I will have to have a 2nd interview with the store manager.

They called me, set up the interview. I showed up, 5 minutes early. The manager had forgotten about our interview. He sent me to interview with a different manager, and they asked me many questions and explained the role. The role seemed much different than it had in the description online.
