Interview process Is pretty smooth. First apply online and then recruiter will contact you by email and set up a phone interview. If you fly through the phone interview then te store sets up an interview with the general manager. The recruiter I talked to was super friendly, informative and made me feel completely at ease.

This was in 2010 in the Beverly Hills location.
Had a great interview. He asked a lot of interesting questions. I did not get the position but the interviewer did send me a nice letter in the mail (real mail!) to let me know that I did not get the position. I thought that was very nice of them! I was surprised!
